Complete clinical documentation app

Built to document from start to final report.

PediaFlux combines pediatric workflows, automatic draft saving, reusable templates, reports and local record management in one app experience.

Works offline

Core clinical documentation works without an internet connection. App Store purchases and system services may require connectivity.

No AI

No artificial intelligence generates, infers or recommends clinical content. PediaFlux organizes only what the clinician enters or selects.

Automatic draft saving

The active encounter is saved automatically while you work, with a visible Draft saved status.

Local by design

Patient records and drafts stay on the device. There is no PediaFlux cloud account and no automatic PediaFlux synchronization.

Structured workflows

Start from the workflow that matches the encounter.

The Clinical Documentation menu brings workflows and supporting utilities together in one place.

  • Emergency, Admission Note, Discharge / Final Disposition and Consultation
  • Pending Results Tracker, Saved Patients and Provider Profile

  • Standard Pediatric ER Template for older children
  • Optional date of birth in summaries

Saved templates

Reuse your structured selections.

Save documentation selections as templates in supported workflows, then apply them to a new encounter and review every item.

  • Templates store selections, not patient identity, encounter dates, measurements or results
  • Applying a template never submits or finalizes a record
  • Manage templates even when a subscription has ended

Currently available in supported PediaFlux Emergency workflows.

Saved records · Backup & restore

Your records, under your control.

Saved patients

Keep records on the device and import a saved patient's details into a new encounter.

Encrypted backup

Export all patients, templates only, or a single patient to an encrypted backup file saved where you choose.

Restore

Restore a backup file you select, using the password you set when it was created.

Keep your backup password safe. It is never stored and cannot be recovered or reset. Without it, a backup cannot be restored.
