PediaFlux Support

Help with using the app, saved documentation, report generation, and templates. PediaFlux is built and maintained directly by its developer, so every message is read by the person who writes the code.

Getting help

Write to support@pediaflux.com for issues with app use, saved documentation, report generation, templates, or the interface. To get a useful answer quickly, include:

  • your device model — for example iPhone 15 Pro or iPad Air;
  • your iOS or iPadOS version;
  • your PediaFlux app version;
  • a description of what went wrong;
  • the steps that led to the problem, so it can be reproduced.

Please do not send patient information by email. Do not include patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, clinical records, or screenshots that contain patient data.

Email is not a secure channel for identifiable clinical information, and none is needed to diagnose a technical problem. If a specific record is involved, describe the behaviour rather than sending its contents.

Frequently asked questions

What is PediaFlux?

A pediatric clinical documentation app for qualified healthcare professionals. You enter and confirm the documentation for an encounter; PediaFlux organises it into a consistent structure and generates a clinical report.

Does PediaFlux diagnose patients?

No. PediaFlux does not diagnose patients, does not infer diagnoses, and does not recommend treatment. The diagnosis is searched for and selected by you, and every field is entered and confirmed by you. It does not replace clinical judgement, supervision, or your institution’s protocols.

Which clinical workflows are included?

Six: ER, OPD, Admission, Progress Note, Consultation, and Discharge. Each has its own structure and level of detail.

Where is my documentation stored?

Locally on your device. Records are not uploaded to a PediaFlux server, and the developer cannot see or retrieve them. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

How do I delete a saved record?

Remove it within the app. Deleting the app from your device removes the data it has stored locally. Anything you previously exported must be removed from wherever you sent it.

Will my records move to a new device?

Because records are stored locally and are not synchronised through a PediaFlux server, they move only if they are included in a device backup that you restore onto the new device.

How do I report a technical problem?

Email support@pediaflux.com with the details listed above under Getting help, and without any patient information.

Can I suggest a feature?

Yes. Suggestions from working clinicians shape what gets built next. Describing the clinical situation where something is missing is more useful than describing the feature itself.
